2. General Information
This website presents the “Yumindo” project.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
When you visit this website, technical connection data required for the provision, security, and stability of the website is processed. In addition, the hosting provider generates server-side web statistics (see Section 3 for details). Beyond this, personal data is only processed if you voluntarily provide it to me by email.
This website currently has no user accounts, no registration, no contact form, and no newsletter. No personal visitor or usage profiles are created.
3. Hosting, Server Log Files, and Web Statistics
This website is operated by the following hosting provider:
Host Europe GmbHc/o Spaces
Gertrudenstraße 30-36
50667 Cologne
Germany
When you access this website, your browser establishes a connection to Host Europe’s servers. In doing so, technically necessary connection and access data is processed.
This may include, in particular:
- the IP address of the accessing device
- the date and time of access
- the page or file accessed
- the amount of data transferred
- the HTTP status code
- the previously visited page or referrer URL
- the browser type and version
- the operating system of the device
- the hostname of the accessing device
This data is processed in order to deliver the website to your device, ensure its functionality, detect technical faults, and defend against attacks and abusive access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely, stably, and free of technical faults.
The recipient of the technical access data is Host Europe GmbH as the hosting provider. Host Europe processes the technical data required for the provision, stability, and security of the website as part of its hosting services.
For cPanel hosting products, Host Europe also automatically generates web statistics using the AWStats and Webalizer tools. This may involve processing, in particular, the IP address, the previously visited page, the country of origin, and information about the browser used.
These statistics serve to technically monitor the website and to gain a general understanding of its use. No merging with data from other sources, no cross-site recognition, and no creation of personal visitor profiles takes place.
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technical monitoring, fault detection, and a data-minimizing analysis of how this website is used.
According to Host Europe, the archived Apache log files are retained for 14 days. The statistics files generated by AWStats and Webalizer are deleted once a month by an automated deletion process that I have set up.
